Chocolate Beer & Ancho Chili

This Chocolate Beer & Ancho Chili is pure comfort food, made using my favorite chocolate "Wicked" from Jacques Torres, my very favorite chocolatier located in  NYC. Incidentally, I have been sitting on this recipe for about 10 years, but have managed to perfected it by roasting my own peppers, hand cut meat and making my own chili powder using a combination of Ancho, Pasilla & Arbol Chilis along with some fancy spices.

in-house beef stock, sirloin tips, fresh poblano peppers, tomatoes, cannellini & kidney beans, bacon, rich pale ale, chocolate, onions, and Sancoche House Chili.
