Lots to report this week.
Lent is upon us. And just before Lent, it is Carnival - at least in the Caribbean, Rio and New Orleans.
With Lent comes "No Meat Fridays". So this week we are introducing the Blush Clam, Corn & Fufu Chowder. We have done this soup only once before and it was a sell out.
The vegetarian soup this week will be the gluten-free, dairy-free, ever-popular Mulligawtany.
Super Bowl and skiing are upon us. And what does everyone want on game day and after an exhilarating day on the slopes? Chili!!
